You can mail your check or money order to WCSB/CSU Foundation, PO BOX  931848, Cleveland, OH 44101-8656. Please make the check out to "WCSB/CSU Foundation". You can also submit your donation on-line by clicking the link that follows and by filling out the Cleveland State University secure website Credit Card Donation Form. Fill out the credit card donation form in its entirety, and be sure to write in "WCSB" in the "If Other" text box. If you do not write in WCSB, your donation will be considered as a general donation to Cleveland State University and not WCSB!! Do not leave premium information in the credit card donation form's comments section. WCSB will not receive it!
